Acting animation course.
Lava gives the students a prompt, like picking up a piece of paper on which something is written (this could be anything, a love letter, a tax letter, an acceptance letter and so forth) and then the reaction to this will have to show the audience how the character feels about it. It will be about 3 seconds.
On the first day of the workshop Lava will give a demo. Lava will show how to start your shot, how to explore ideas, make animation thumbnails and drawing some keys. Lava will start roughing out her animation and talk and give tips so the students can work on their own animation after that.
On the second day Lava will review the students work, we will go over the rough animation of everyone, see what kind of ideas work and which ones can be exaggerated.
On the third day, we will review for the final time the animations and seeing if they have improved. On the final day Lava is also willing to look at more students work and give feedback on how to improve those shots as well.
All in all Lava hopes to give plenty of tips. During the workshop we will talk about certain topics like:
Basic animation principles in case some students struggle with it.
Acting choises
Facial expression
How to exaggerate
What excersizes help with getting better
Recommended materials:
Pc, laptop, tablet or Ipad.
Any animation software.

What happens if I can´t see the classes live one day?
No problem. All classes are live but will also be recorded and posted on our platform. So you can see them whenever you want throughout the duration of the course. This means that if you cannot attend your class live at the stipulated time, you will be able to see them on the platform until the end of the course. These video-classes posted on the platform can be viewed unlimitedly during the duration of the course, but they cannot be copied or downloaded. Recorded class can also be viewed for 6 mounths once the course is over.
When can I see the classes I did not attend live?
24-hour access to the virtual platform where you can consult all the information or documentation of the course, access all the classes that have already been taught or the proposed exercises. When, where and at the rate you want.
