CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT METHOD:
1. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION FOR COURSES
1.1 ONLINE COURSES
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract by receiving a refund of their payments, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the following paragraphs.
The withdrawal period established by law expires 14 calendar days from the day the service provision contract was signed between FRANCISCO DAVID RODRÍGUEZ CAMPOS and the student user upon payment of the reservation fee, without the need to justify their decision and without penalty of any kind.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, as a guarantee of the school’s quality, we allow student users to cancel their course:
Up to 14 days before the start of their course at no cost.
From two weeks before the start of the course until one week after the start, the reservation fee is not refundable, but all outstanding receipts already paid are.
After the first week of the course, the student undertakes to pay the full amount of the course (excluding the 14-day withdrawal period).
The user must communicate their intention to cancel by any legally admissible means: by sending an email to dotescuela3d@gmail.com, for example.
The refund will be made by the same means by which the student user paid.
The right of withdrawal is only valid for consumers, including legal entities and entities without legal personality that operate on a non-profit basis in a field unrelated to a commercial or business activity. Merchants or business owners who purchase services as part of a commercial or business activity are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
